The Lifft Sling is sized to fit you personally. It's exactly like buying a T-shirt. The sling is available in dress/T-shirt sizes. It's as simple as that. according to ladies dress size or men's chest measurements. Check your size by measuring from the top of your shoulder to your opposite hip bone.
