We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. This enables us to keep packaging costs down, and also benefits the environment. If you live locally you can collect your sling in person, rather than paying for postage. Postal deliveries are via Royal Mail First Class Post, unless otherwise specified. The standard delivery charge is £3, which applies to uk addresses only. International orders may be subjct to additional postage fees, which will be charged at cost. We endeavour to post items within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Returns

Goods purchased have a 14 day money back guarantee. We will happily refund any purchases, providing they are undamaged and unopened.

If you purchase the wrong size, we will happily replace the sling with a different size. If you require the replacement to be posted, it will be subject to an additional postage fee.
