Postage costs
All our prices include first class delivery within the UK, via Royal Mail, or UPS standard delivery on selected items.
Packaging
We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. This enables us to keep packaging costs down, and also benefits the environment. So if you receive an old jiffy bag with a sticker over the original label instead of a brand new bag, remember you are saving money and the planet!
Delivery
We aim to post in stock items within 2 working days of receiving your payment. We use royal mail first class postal service, which aims to deliver the parcel the next working day, including Saturday. Selected items are not stored locally, but are delivered direct from the manufacturer - in this case they are delivered by UPS. In general, we recommend allowing a week for delivery. If your order will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you and refund payment if you wish to cancel the order. If you need your sling more urgently, we may be able to use a special delivery service for a small additional cost. If you will require this then please phone or email us to discuss this before you place your order, to prevent disappointment.
International Orders
Sorry, we only post to UK addresses.
Returns
We are happy to offer a full refund, provided the item/s are returned to us within 28 days and in saleable condition with all packaging and instructions intact. We do ask that if you try a sling on and it doesn't fit that you repackage it immediately to avoid soiling or damage. Please package your items as carefully as possible, including all instructions and packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new unworn condition for a full refund. If the item/s show any signs of wear we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We strongly advise that any returns are sent to us via Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for articles lost in transit. Faulty or damaged goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. In the case of damage in transit, please retain all packaging, as this allows us to claim from the postal service.
Exchanges
We can no longer offer to cover postage on returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your new sling, please contact us and we will discuss how to return the product.
Should you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, colour or model we are happy to do so providing the item is in 'as new' condition complete with all packaging and instructions. Please email us for a returns form which should be returned to us indicating clearly what you wish to exchange your item for. All exchanges must be received back to us within 28 days of purchase. We may offer later exchanges at our discretion, if you return the item within 28 days of your baby's birth.
